I actually accomplished all the goals this week including the list of 10 things in a blog. It feels great to actually focus on the accountability each day... I even went a full day with out the tv on... a major accomplishment for me... being still and quiet with yourself is quite cathartic.

I'm up for 1, 2 and 4, at least. They tie in with other stuff for this week, and just now is not a good time for me to overload.
1 I try to drink my 8 a day, always. 2 This week's Living The Good Life challenge on the current 5% challenge is tracking and calories. 3 I'm usually on here while I watch TV, so I can't sign up to exercise as well 4 I also try to read at least one inspirational quote, daily. I'll be happy to share.
5 Right now, this would be difficult - I'll like myself better as I get over this flu & post-viral stuff!
6 I thought of something last week, to add in here. But I'm a very open-minded person, so my thought fell out when I was nodding
