I'm going with the healthy breakfast and walking each day. I'm starting a roadtrip for work today so both will mean a big commitment that I am definitely up for :)

I am going to work on water and walking. I have already tried eggplant and zuchinni and liked them both in the recipe that I used them in.

As my personal challenge...Stay out of my bed during the day. No naps for me. emoticon

Every day this week:
#1 Drink 8 glasses of water......................every day
#2 Eat a healthy breakfast every day.........I do it
#3 Go for a walk......................................
my water aerobics/4 days a week should suffice
#4 Leave an encouraging note on a team member's wall........I'll try to do it...

# 1,2,4 are my routines. I will try to increase my walking time this week. It all depends on my feet and legs.

I'm doing the healthy breakfast just about every day. However, the rest are up for grabs. A slow walk may be possible depending upon my back and how fast my leg goes numb. Will try for more water.

I also already do 1, 2, and 3. I will certainly work on the rest for the next week. I always like to try new items. This certainly gives you some variety and keep boredom from setting in. I am also going to work on a new cardio routine. This will give me some variety on the exercise front as well.
