Every day this week: #1 – Drink 8 glasses of water......................every day #2 – Eat a healthy breakfast every day.........I do it #3 – Go for a walk...................................... my water aerobics/4 days a week should suffice #4 – Leave an encouraging note on a team member's wall........I'll try to do it...
I also already do 1, 2, and 3. I will certainly work on the rest for the next week. I always like to try new items. This certainly gives you some variety and keep boredom from setting in. I am also going to work on a new cardio routine. This will give me some variety on the exercise front as well.
I am FOCUSED on my ability to achieve my goal. I am READY to work on the skills that will enable me to attain my goal. I am ENGAGED in the decisions that will make it a reality. I WILL DO IT!!!
