My goal is to try to stay the course (exercise, tracking food) and lose one more pound by the end of the month. The good news is I went thru my closet yesterday to find some lighter weight clothes to take on a trip to California at the end of the week and nearly nothing fit! I gave away tons of capris, shirts, pants to a friend of mine. Even my underwear didn't fit and I had to go buy a new size! Thank you sparkpeople for sticking with me even when I struggled to keep on track. Well actually, I still do, but the reminder is always there and brings me back. I could not do this alone.

My problem right now is snacking. I have made myself a snacking plan and My goal is to stick to it at least 4 days out of the week (I don't have a weekend snacking problem because I'm always busy doing things I want to do, therefore, not thinking about food).
AM prep time- fruit After school- 1-3 point protein snack to fuel up for workout Evening- 2-4 point sweet snack

To get back on track after my move - I stopped doing my work-outs because I have been so busy unpacking lately (though that alone feels like a work-out sometimes, lol). However, I know it is not the same so my goal is to get back on track with my work-outs and tracking m food and such.

I have joined the official healthy cooking challenge team which offers a 4 week challenge. As I am on the road with work quite a bit this year, I need to be more conscious of food choices and preplan my food for the weeks I am away. Luckily I have found places to stay with cooking access but need to take what I need with me. Wish me luck!!! 200 biking miles! Now I just have to get my bike back from the shop.
I have been pretty steadily at my current weight for half a year. Every time I try to lose, I get crazy hungry and bounce back up to here. Right now I'm just trying to maintain and adjust so I don't go crazy and regain everything!

I want to log over 1,000 fitness minutes and make it down to 142 pounds. I haven't been losing weight recently, although I am losing inches, and I hope to see that change this month.

Mostly the same but it is more hopeful as this is the month of the Bahai Fast and that should cut down on edibles. The fast lasts 19 days for 12 hrs. a day from sunrise to sunset so I need to get up early and drink lots and then last till evening when I can eat and drink. Very beneficial spiritually!

coax myself back into the gym and then make it there the next day after, and then again. sleep: start a streak... sleep at least 7 hours every night! I have just done about 20 hours of off and on sleep after 2 weeks of less than an hour a day of sleep. My brain was scrambled, my emotions a mess and now... I am calm, relaxed and feeling my body has responded kindly to the time I have given it to rest... finally.

I tweaked my goals a couple of weeks ago. I do not have a specific weight loss goal. My goals include:
Read a Heath News Article at least 3 times a week. Read a Motivational SP Article at least 3 times a week. Take a walk at least 3 times a week. Avoid eating after 8pm
