We're just over half way through February - how's everyone doing on their goals?
Activity 1: (300 minutes each week) Averaging at 400, but that's because the first week was very strong. This week only did 210. Could make excuses, but that's all they would be! Here's to a stronger week!
Activity 2: (Able to do 15 minutes of Tai Bo workout) DONE - up to 20 minutes last time!
Eating: (On target minimum of 6 days a week) Well, calorie-wise I'm doing fine. However, I need to make better choices of what I use to take in the calories.
Gluten: (Maximum of one serving a day, 6 days a week) um, ahem, excuse me while I come up with some type of believable excuse as to why I haven't done so well with this ... um ... yeah. Well, this needs some work!
