GOAL - At least 10 mins of fitness activity 6 out 7 days per week: I'm managing this at least 5 days a week.

GOAL - At least 5 fruits/veggies a day: emoticon

GOAL - Stop eating at least 2 hrs before bedtime: I'm doing this most nights, at least 5 out of 7 nights a week.

GOAL - No soda: emoticon

I've added 3 new goals beginning this week: Ride my bike for 20-30 mins 2 - 3 times a week; Working through the worksheets that go with the Spark Book 28 day plan; try a new recipe at least once a week.

We're just over half way through February - how's everyone doing on their goals?



Activity 1: (300 minutes each week) Averaging at 400, but that's because the first week was very strong. This week only did 210. Could make excuses, but that's all they would be! Here's to a stronger week! emoticon

Activity 2: (Able to do 15 minutes of Tai Bo workout) DONE - up to 20 minutes last time! emoticon

Eating: (On target minimum of 6 days a week) Well, calorie-wise I'm doing fine. However, I need to make better choices of what I use to take in the calories. emoticon

Gluten: (Maximum of one serving a day, 6 days a week) um, ahem, excuse me while I come up with some type of believable excuse as to why I haven't done so well with this ... um ... yeah. Well, this needs some work! emoticon

I wanted to get to 165 in Feb. but I don't think that will happen. Holding at 169. Maybe I can make 167?

Jumping in on the February Goals with 3 weeks left in the month.... my goals in February are to lose 1 pound a week, drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise 30 minutes a day... sigh... failed this week on all accounts, but I have 3 more weeks to make it a success!

Went to the fitness center Mon. and Wed. It was pouring down rain this morning so I got my dumbbells and mat out for a short, but good toning/strength training workout.

1 lb a week for feb. Ride stationary bike 5x a week for 20 min, plus yoga stretches 10 min. 3x a week. I can do this!!!!!!!

I lost 3 lbs in January, now, I'd like to lose at least 3 lbs in February. Just need to watch what I eat (more than I did last month) and continue to exercise 5 times a week. Today may be tough, Super Bowl foods are my weekness. Wish me luck.

My main goal, February and beyond, is to lose an average of 1 lb each week.
At the moment I'm saying "average", in time that will become "minimum" - that's the theory and the goal.
I just need to try and get over this flu so I can really get started. But I know that going for it too early will just drive the virus deeper into my system - so a bit of a balancing act at the moment, directed by how I'm feeling.
I'm sure I'll soon catch up with my get-up-and-go, I hope.

My February Goals Are:
1) Go to the fitness center 3 times a week and work out at least 45 minutes each time.
2) To continue the no artificial sweetner streak
3) To eat in as healthy a manner as I can

1. Cut TV time to two hours max per day.
2. Work on cleaning and organizing three hours per day.
3. Pedal on stationary bike one hour per day.
