weight: down 7 pounds from the end of December
activity: 300 minutes of exercise each week
Yoga: 4 positions done 2x's weekly by end of month
Weight: not weighing myself at all right now after talking with my NP. I'm going to be one who loses weight incredibly slowly, and looking at the scale to measure anything is just too frustrating!
Activity: Except for the last week when I was in too much pain to focus on anything besides the absolute necessities, goal met!
Yoga: Goal met! Doing 2-4 every school morning with my class of students, and about 4 more in the evening at the end of my workouts.
Overall? Yeah Me!
