Goals:

weight: down 7 pounds from the end of December
activity: 300 minutes of exercise each week
Yoga: 4 positions done 2x's weekly by end of month

Accomplished:
Weight: not weighing myself at all right now after talking with my NP. I'm going to be one who loses weight incredibly slowly, and looking at the scale to measure anything is just too frustrating!
Activity: Except for the last week when I was in too much pain to focus on anything besides the absolute necessities, goal met!
Yoga: Goal met! Doing 2-4 every school morning with my class of students, and about 4 more in the evening at the end of my workouts.

Overall? Yeah Me!

my goal is to lose 2# a week. Since Jan 1, I have lost 5 I have 17 more to go

Hi Sparklise -

I don't usually post every day, either, and don't do well with having particular days for particular things due to my own schedule, etc... however, reaching for a "grand total" kind of goal usually works for me.

Hi Bonnie - I am not so good at rewarding myself with things after reaching goals - it doesn't seem to motivate me. Just the satisfaction of crossing something off my list, or putting a date by a goal reached works, though. Isn't it funny how we are all so different with what works for us?

I'm doing babysteps-this week I lost 2 pounds so I watched my favorate movie and wrote myself a pat on the back. If I loose weight for January I will buy myself something., My big reward will be a Kindel if I reach my 5 month goal

I really like it when I was posting my monthly goals in here - it helped to keep me accountable of relatively brief periods of time in reaching for my year goals. Anyone want to join me?
