January Progress - weigh in on wednesdays
Goal: 135 lbs by emoticon
Happiness is remembering what I really want.
Slow but steady wins the race. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Plan: Mindfully plan, prepare and eat small high nutrition/low calorie meals, exercise 30 min and reflect on how to improve each day.
Short term goal: 141 lbs by Feb 14 emoticon Day - Be good to your emoticon

1/2 - 143.7
1/9 - 143.0
1/16 - 142.6
1/23 - 141.9 & 3 weeks until my first short term goal - Valentines Day

thurs - emoticon I am satisfied with small portions of food
fri - did ok - 5 freggies a day keeps the doctor away =)
sat - OD on m&m's, had some ice cream emoticon

WEEK 1: 143 lbs. - It is not about perfection but about progress and improvement.
1/9 - calorie wise fine but for got to eat my salad - I need my veggies
1/10 - goal met - mini meals for a mini me
1/11 - goal met - I now notice when I am satisfied
1/12 - goal met - I am satisfied with small portions of food
1/13 - NO -had cookies and m&m's
1/14 - NO -had cookies and ice cream
1/15 - sort of - had extra cookie but made up for at dinner eating less

This year, I'm not making a specific weight loss goal. I'm working towards 2 hours a day exercising and meeting my nutritional gaols which can only be done by journaling everything I eat.

I lost 83# in a yr. and have been on a plateau since so I plan on taking anything I can get towards my long term goal (which has gotten longer than I expected:):)

I started out this SP journey at 219 pounds.
Today I weigh in at 157.
Still have almost 25 pounds more to go and plan to accomplish this within the next six months.
Have never felt better ever.

That's my goal, too. I managed to lose 30 pounds in 2012. Some people seemed to think I would be disappointed with only 30 a pound loss. NO WAY! I was thrilled! It was a reasonable
goal for this couch potato and my cholesterol and glucose levels are now close to normal. I think lofty expectations often do you in. So 10 more pounds in 2013 suits me just fine. Good Luck to you!
