Happiness is remembering what I really want.
Slow but steady wins the race.
Plan: Mindfully plan, prepare and eat small high nutrition/low calorie meals, exercise 30 min and reflect on how to improve each day.
Short term goal: 141 lbs by Feb 14
Day - Be good to your
1/2 - 143.7
1/9 - 143.0
1/16 - 142.6
1/23 - 141.9 & 3 weeks until my first short term goal - Valentines Day
I am satisfied with small portions of food
fri - did ok - 5 freggies a day keeps the doctor away =)
sat - OD on m&m's, had some ice cream
