for Monday
#1 – Drink 8 glasses of water -- done
#2 – Don't eat in front of the TV or computer --done (usually have a book in front of me)
#3 – Watch no more than an hour of TV each day -- done
#4 – Post a message in one of the Slowest Loser discussion forums -- will do
My own challenge--make it to the gym 5 times this week for at least an hour workout. -- done
