I'm in and will do 1 thru 4.
Number 5 will be a problem since I love all produce and have tried all that I know of which is a huge amount.

Every day this week:
#1 – Drink 8 glasses of water
#2 – Eat a healthy breakfast every day
#3 – Go for a walk (even if it is around the mall :) )
#4 – Leave an encouraging note on a Slowest Lower team member's wall
#5 -Try a new type of produce this week
OK just seen this but I have done most of this 1,2, 3 and 5 all done and just about to 4.

Breakfast is great I have no problems with breakfast it is lunch that is my problem area.

New Produce this week was a Green Cauliflower looks odd tastes great it is sweeter than the white califlower

I do #1 & 2 everyday so no problem. I am going to work on the walk but havr problems with that so it will be a challenge for me!
