keeping inline with the challenges... home from my lap swimming and now getting everything organized for the today and tomorrow. My challenge will be to keep up with everyone else, I have far more driving to do than most of the family so I am rested up and ready to go (well, almost ready).

1 through 4 are easy. Would you believe my aqua fit group decided to meet Xmas morning for aqua fit. They are the best. This was possible because the pool we use is at a hotel and the owner loves the aqua fit classes too. My challenge will be to not eat too much today. I have set it all out what I will allow on my nutrition tracker but I may just get carried away. On the other hand the more I think about it 'I might NOT get carried away'.

Every day this week:
#1 Drink 8 glasses of water
#2 Eat at least 5 servings of fruits/veggies
#3 Get an extra 10 minutes of activity
#4 Give a SparkGoodie to a Slowest Lower team member

BONUS CHALLENGE
#5 - Get my husband to complete the application for the gym. The mfg. plant where he works is closed from now until New Year's night (he works 3rd shift). What better way to get him started and keep him occupied rather than sitting in front of the computer and smoking so much, right? Of course, I'll be going to the gym with him.

I overdo on #1 but will continue
#2 I have a difficult time with but I am in
#3 probably won't happen as we are traveling

So my goal is to improve #2,& 3.
