#5 – Make a list of ten things that you like about yourself, and post it someplace conspicuous.
#6 - Spring clean the house in readiness for Christmas - taking a room a day

I like challenges that I think are doable for me, so I'm in.

Every day this week:
#1 – Drink 8 glasses of water
#2 – Track calories eaten each day
#3 – Do 15 minutes of exercise while watching TV
#4 – Read –I will post one inspirational quote on the walls in my home and perhaps share - an inspirational quote each day

BONUS CHALLENGE
#5 – Make a list of ten things that you like about yourself, and post it someplace conspicuous. I will try to do this on Saturday this would be very difficult more so than the others

#6 - Take my dog walking, even if it's just up and down the street one time. She needs the attention and I need the exercise.
