Every day this week:
#1 – Drink 8 glasses of water
#2 – Track calories eaten each day
#3 – Do 15 minutes of exercise while watching TV
#4 – Read – and perhaps share - an inspirational quote each day
#5 – Make a list of ten things that you like about yourself, and post it someplace conspicuous.
