Good challenges. I'm choosing to opt out this week since just moving back to Africa will be enough for me. I leave early tomorrow morning.

I will be doing goal 1...I am coming off a bout of illness, and I want to start slow as I get back into things.

Here are the challenges I'm accepting:

Every day this week:
#1 Drink 8 glasses of water
#2 Don't eat in front of the TV or computer (one meal a day - this is a HUGE one for me!)
#3 Watch no more than an hour of TV each day
#4 Post a message in one of the Slowest Loser discussion forums

BONUS CHALLENGE
#5 Post a blog entry.

OTHER CHALLENGE
#6 - Do ST at least 3 days this week.

#2 is a big deal for me - I usually eat in front of my computer! So I'm modifying it to eating one meal a day away from the computer - if I can put that habit in place I'll try to increase it!
