Good afternoon! Here are this week's goals (a day late, with apologies.)
Every day this week:
#1 – Drink 8 glasses of water
#2 – Eat a healthy breakfast every day
#3 – Go for a walk (even if it is around the mall :) )
#4 – Leave an encouraging note on a Slowest Lower team member's wall
#5 - Try a new type of produce this week. (Never had jicama before? Now's your excuse to try it! :))
