stay active everyday... 30 or more minutes of exercise
work on my christmas cards/presents
finish organizing my studio
being courageous enough to toss things out.
Feeling the JOY of the season, and staying in touch with family members and friends.

"If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

I do #1,2,3 already. Will try to keep a steady note going for #4. As far a #5, I have too many foods allergies, intolerances and foods low/lacking on Vit. K.

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

If you have the courage to begin, you have the courage to succeed.

I'll do 1,2,3 and 4...not going to pretend I'll do 5, cause I know me too well. emoticon

For 6, I going to stay with my extra 10 minutes of exercise each day.

Good afternoon! Here are this week's goals (a day late, with apologies.)

Every day this week:
#1 Drink 8 glasses of water
#2 Eat a healthy breakfast every day
#3 Go for a walk (even if it is around the mall :) )
#4 Leave an encouraging note on a Slowest Lower team member's wall

BONUS CHALLENGE
#5 - Try a new type of produce this week. (Never had jicama before? Now's your excuse to try it! :))

OTHER CHALLENGE
#6 - Add your own challenge here. :)

Which of the goals will you be joining? Please share them here. Have a great week, everyone! :)
