I do #1,2,3 already. Will try to keep a steady note going for #4. As far a #5, I have too many foods allergies, intolerances and foods low/lacking on Vit. K.

I'll do 1,2,3 and 4...not going to pretend I'll do 5, cause I know me too well. emoticon

For 6, I going to stay with my extra 10 minutes of exercise each day.

Good afternoon! Here are this week's goals (a day late, with apologies.)

Every day this week:
#1 Drink 8 glasses of water
#2 Eat a healthy breakfast every day
#3 Go for a walk (even if it is around the mall :) )
#4 Leave an encouraging note on a Slowest Lower team member's wall

BONUS CHALLENGE
#5 - Try a new type of produce this week. (Never had jicama before? Now's your excuse to try it! :))

OTHER CHALLENGE
