Today had green smoothie for breakfast. banana and toast for lunch, 2 eggs toast for dinner
with a banana smoothie for snack. Yea normal food again adding back more vegis

I always eat 5 to 6 servings of fruit and vegetables, 8 glasses of water and often get up to 160 mins. of activity. The challenge I am going to try in addition to this one is to help lose the rest of the 2012 lbs needed for the yr. That one will need a lot of participation.

Okay....I'll go for 5/6 servings of fruits and veggies per day....today I may not make it, though as two meals are already gone! drat! So far only 1 serving!

I got two more servings in today....I'll work harder tomorrow.
