My new vegi of the week is mashed cauliflower in place of mashed potato.

I will walk 13000 steps on M,W,F and 10000 the rest of the week.

I am thankful for our High Priests sermon yesterday. I has motivated me to get busy on an important project.

This will be a good goal for this week. I have lots of cooking
to do and will need those extra steps to lose all the extra
"nibbling" calories.

This week, we're continuing the step challenge from last week: Set a goal to walk a certain number of steps each day, and then move your tush each day to meet that goal. (On Thursday, you could take a walk after dinner. Not only will you be working toward your fitness goals, you might also avoid having to wash dishes, ha ha. ;))

Your bonus challenges this week are:

#1 Get an extra serving of fruit or vegetable every day (pumpkin pie and mashed potatoes don't count)
#2 Every day this week, think of something (or someone) to be thankful for

Please share your goals here. Have a great week, everyone! :)
