This week, we're continuing the step challenge from last week: Set a goal to walk a certain number of steps each day, and then move your tush each day to meet that goal. (On Thursday, you could take a walk after dinner. Not only will you be working toward your fitness goals, you might also avoid having to wash dishes, ha ha. ;))
Your bonus challenges this week are:
#1 – Get an extra serving of fruit or vegetable every day (pumpkin pie and mashed potatoes don't count)
#2 – Every day this week, think of something (or someone) to be thankful for
