Got the kitchen floor cleaned and added some extra dusting - the kind that requires getting down to chair rungs and up to the top of cabinets. That's on top of my 59 minutes of workout tapes that included both weight work and aerobics. It may not be traditional exercise, but it certainly burns more calories than sitting on the couch. Of course, then there was the jumping up and down and yelling at the home town football team on TV . . .Oh, and NOT eating a bunch of munchies!

Got in another hour and a half of exercise today.

So far I got in about 40 minutes. Walked to the park with my son and did walk/run intervals around the parking lot.

I've already done my Insanity workout, which I plan to do tomorow, too. Plus, I'll do 30 min on the recumbent bike and clean the house.

The timing is perfect for this challenge.

Interesting challenge. My weekends already include an hour of workout each day, since I sometimes work too late to get them in during the week. But I did notice this morning that the kitchen floor needs a good cleaning. Thanks for the nudge to get after that job. Surely getting up and down from my hands and knees to continually rinse out the sponge will burn a few calories!

This weekend, try fit in an extra hour of fitness activity.

Yes, an hour. Think you can't? Think again! Raking leaves, walking the dog, playing with the kids all of the minutes spent on these activities add up!
