Three Mini-Goals for me:

Do at least 15min of fitness activity a day.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Write down (hopefully track) everything I eat.

Started Mini-Goals 13Nov 2012.

Current mini-goals (added 28 Nov 2012):

1) Keep drinking 8+ glasses of water and tracking food.
2) Do a total of 20 fitness minutes a day.
3) Take 1 parade-action a day [I am volunteer recruiter for our local St Patrick's Day Parade and I always keep things to the last minute - hopefully this year it won't build up and throw me off my weight loss goals! If you live in the Raleigh NC area and want to volunteer, send me a message!]

To maintain my current weight through Thanksgiving and to establish the winter walking shedule. I have counted on gardening for exercise and (sigh) that option is gone for a while.
Will concentrate on the all important Portion Control this month.

New guy here:) My goal this month is to be mindful of my calorie intake. My fitness unfortunately is going to suffer due to heavy work schedule. Anyways, here's to a successful November to all.

Would like to think that this month I actually achieve my goals....have failed miserably all year.....lacking motivation....

Would like to think I could lose 8lbs this month.....
Going to the gym 5 days a week....
Am all good with my water so I may just stick with the 8lbs....

I am on a change of many medications and not feeling good yet so my main goal is to adjust to the new regime.

Water walk 3 times a week
Walk in the park daily, increasing the distance as able.

1.Drink 10 glasses of water a day (I currently try to maintain 8)
2. Go to Curves again. 1 day a week for 2 weeks then, 2 days a week for 2 weeks. Haven't been there since my cancer surgery at the end of April.
3. Lose 4 pounds in November.

Walking at least 3 times a week for at least 2 miles each outting. May not sound like much, but I have historically let long work hours and a long commute get in the way of my life & health for a long time - the last few weeks, I have discovered that I CAN actually get exercise into my schedule anyway, and I WILL get exercise in. I want to build the habit of exercising, then build in more of it into my daily schedule.

Some of us use scales. Others keep track of inches or centimeters. Still others set goals for exercise. For this challenge you set your own goal (s) for NOVEMBER and then let us know how you're doing. Check in at the end of the month or more frequently if you wish. Do not make a goal that is too BIG or FAST! Be realistic.
