Yoga class was great, I wasn't as much of a klutz as I thought I would be. The instructor was great, she moved through the moves slowly and walked around a corrected our posture and poses. It was grounding and stretching and I loved it.

Water aerobics before the yoga class and road the bike yesterday ...

worked out with the weights at the gym for about 45 minutes then swimming and back up for a ride on the recumbent bike for 20 minutes.
so, yes to two goals.
Tomorrow is the yoga class... it will be interesting to see how I do... pray I don't land on my face. LOL

My Fitbit arrived this morning so my goals are set - 10k steps daily, lots of stairs and an 'active score' of 1000!!

My goals this challenge:
Swim twice.
Walk the halls of my building once.
Use Recumbent bike at least twice.

This week's challenge is that of MOVING.....Exercise.... Fitness!
Chose one or more mini challenges to work on this week. Let us know what your goals are.

Here are some ideas:
Meet aerobic exercise guidelines/week
Meet strength training guidelines/week
Take 10,000 steps per day
Mix up your workout (do one new thing/day)
-- Try a new aerobic exercise
-- Try a new strength exercise
-- Consult a trainer
-- Get a fitness assessment
-- Take a new fitness class (at work, the gym, or a DVD)
-- Exercise activities outdoors
-- Take the stairs
-- Take a walk at lunch
-- Do not sit for longer than 1 hour. (Stand while on the phone, walk to a co-worker’s desk
instead of emailing them, etc.)
-- Choose your own goal
