Didn't do so good this week with lowering my sodium intake managed to get under 2,000mg on 3 days.

I will walk at least 10 minutes each morning before work.
I need to watch salt intake so..... no more than 2300 mg./daily.

I will try a new healthy recipe. We're having company this weekend, so I'm going to find a new recipe for a salad and for a dip for tortilla chips. By the way Coach Nicole's Creamy Hummus is delicious, especially when combined with "Healthy Portions Pita Bites garlic & onion. Yummy!!

I also have the hardest time not eating candy and sweets, so this is the one I am going to challenge myself with. Also I will get 8 glasses of water in a day as well as get the recommended fruit and veggies in.
