It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

When I know I am going out to eat I try and look up the restaurants menu and look for the healthiest option. I usually split it in half and take half home or share it with my husband. emoticon

Read my Bible daily.
Stick to my diet.
Some sort of exercise 6 day a week..
Drink 8 or more glasses of water.

Emily, thanks for the encouragement :)

The goal that will be hard to meet is "to eat right everyday" ... Easy enough when eating from home but really hard to do when you go out. So I am going to have to allow myself at least one splurge a week or find some other way to eat right. You have done so well with your weight loss goals - way to go :)

Wow. Those are great goals. Best of luck. I haven't really set formal goals. I guess they have been to get 8 glasses of water in and to track my food.. Haven't set one for the exercise.

1. To eat right every day
2. To exercise 50 minutes a day 6x a week
3. Drink a glass of water with every meal plus at least 3 glasses more
4. NO SUGAR OR ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS
5. Exercises for core strength twice a week 10 to 15 minutes
