This week I did all but the last one!

Get a massage; scheduled for Tues.
Read a book; currently doing
Meditate; during massage
Spend time with loved ones; mom still here but leaving for her home in 10 days
Strengthen relationships; a daily job
Reconnect with an old friend; got me thinking of someone I need to call!!

My challenge was to meditate and read a book during August 12-17 instead of watching TV or putting in a lot of computer time. I met this goal 4 of the 6 days.

Friday I will be getting work done around the house & prepare for travel tomorrow.

Sat. is a travel day. 3 hrs. west to visit my MIL in a nursing home, my DH's 45th class reunion and the 3 hrs. back home. Tiring days but I am sure we will enjoy!

This week going to get a lot of relax time in as Dr. has told me to rest this week until my bloodwork is in. I'm going to read books to pass the time. I already meditate and have no TV here to watch.

I'm also going to learn how to use the excel and powerpoint 2010 with the tutorial software program that I received from the county workforce.

Will be spending more time with family.

I got some books at the library today that is in touch with what I am interested in spiritually.

This must be the "thing." Several of my teams have challenges that deal with relaxation. By the time I complete all the challenges I will be the most relaxed person I know!!! LOL!!!

This week I want to spend more quality time with my husband. He has his disability hearing tomorrow and I know it weighs heavily on his mind. For a year now he has been delaing with not being able to bring money into the home and it makes him feel sad and worthless. I ahve been supportive but I will be MORE supportive this week.

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.
