Set a quit date: Wednesday, August 8th
Register for a stop smoking program: Weekly cessastion classes
Buy one less pack of cigarettes: Have done this for the last month now
Stay away from second hand smoke:
Adopt a smoke-free home and/or smoke-free car policy: Done for the lasat month now
