Here are some ideas:
Meet aerobic exercise guidelines/week
Meet strength training guidelines/week
Take 10,000 steps per day
Mix up your workout (do one new thing/day)
-- Try a new aerobic exercise
-- Try a new strength exercise
-- Consult a trainer
-- Get a fitness assessment
-- Take a new fitness class (at work, the gym, or a DVD)
-- Exercise activities outdoors
-- Take the stairs
-- Take a walk at lunch
-- Do not sit for longer than 1 hour. (Stand while on the phone, walk to a co-worker’s desk
instead of emailing them, etc.)
-- Choose your own goal
