eat less candy and sweets I'm extending it to the end of the Olypmics though
With the exception of Sunday I ate sweets only one time a day.

My challenge that is actually from my doctor is which I started Monday is at least 25 grams of fiber a day.

I have trouble getting enough fiber each day, even though I eat the recommended amounts of fruits and vegetables. So that's my own challenge..to look for foods with a lot of fiber.
Finding a new recipe is always fun. Yesterday I made Penne Pasta Salad (multigrain) and loved it.

I will also make sure I:
Eat the recommended amount of fruit/day
Eat the recommended amount of veggies/day
Try a new healthy recipe
Drink 8, 8 oz glasses water/day (always my daily challenge!)
Eat the recommended amount of whole grains/day
Eat a healthy breakfast

I will go for the "eat a healthy breakfast" challenge.

I usually eat at work about 10 and about 2 - but it would be healthier to eat a light something before I leave - so around 6, and then a light something around 10, than to wait till 10 to "break my fast"

SO that will be my challenge for the next few days
