Today is another day of doing well on the two challenges I undertook. About the water, I turn it into herbal tea because in this cold and forbidding climate how the heck can you drink water? So I feel justified in using a thermos and depositing an ornage tea bag in it and pouring 8 cups of boiling water over it. I sometimes drink one and a half of these thermoses a day. When I am in Mexico it is so easy to put a slice of lime in a glass of water and drinking it but not at 2-12 degrees celcius. BRRRR!

I just saw this challenge this evening, but I already do 2 and 3 faithfully. Sooo, today I begin the challenge to become consistent with my exercise and encouraging someone daily via their blog. So, for day 1 (Monday) All four goals met!

I have been in a RUT weight wise and I've only just begun. I have eliminated sugar out of my diet for the most part, but it's not enough. I think a 5 day mini challenge is just what I need to kick my butt back into gear. I am committed to #1 (exercise) and #2 (track food). I am really going to make great effort to do #3 (water) and #4 (post), but I watch my 2 1/2 year old grandson 10 hours a day and sometimes I can't do it all.

I'M IN!!!!!

PS...I've changed my mind and am committing to ALL FOUR!!! I need it all!!!
