I have been on track with sticking in my nutrition goals 5 times a week. Unfortunately I was not able to go to yoga last night due to unforseen circumstances.

BIG GOAL FINISHED! I got into a swimsuit and hit the pool with the kids. Because I jumped that hurdle, I bought a second swimsuit that fits me better on a whim the other day when shopping for sweatshorts.

An excuse is just a challenge to figure out how to do something different.

My goal for May is 5 lbs...I've been really slacking on the nutrition and fitness tracking and it shows on the scale! I think if I can commit to track for the rest of the month 5 lbs might be do-able because I'll be paying attention :)

I fell off the healthy wagon last month. I returned to my old eating and drinking patterns and stopped exercising. My plan is to get back on this month.

To get back on track.
After the loss of my husband I have done nothing in my weight loss journey and actually put 8 lbs on so for May I want to loose those 8 lbs and get my mojo back.

Knowing that I can go over 1000 fitness minutes, I plan on doing that again in May. I'm really close to getting under 200, so that will happen in the first week. Walk 35 miles in the month. Finish the Spring into Shape Challenge that I started today.

Be within my nutritional goals 5 out of 7 days a week. Keep going to yoga on Fridays.

Big goal! Get into a swimsuit and go to the pool with the kids this month. It's not about my weight that's keeping me from going, it's my adult acne all over my back and shoulders that keeps me in shirts with sleeves.

An excuse is just a challenge to figure out how to do something different.

I,m with you Carolyn! I plan to spend May recovering from shoulder surgery which takes place this Thursday and NOT GAIN WEIGHT. I'm working on low calorie meal plans and hopefully doing a little walking. emoticon

I broke my leg 8 weeks ago but can not walk on that leg until mid June. My goal will be to stay at my present 254 pounds during the month of May rather to gain weight. I would love to weigh less but I'll be happy to stay the same.

Some of us use scales. Others keep track of inches or centimeters. Still others set goals for exercise. For this challenge you set your own goal (s) for MAY and then let us know how you're doing. Check in at the end of the month or more frequently if you wish. Do not make a goal that is too BIG or FAST! Be realistic.
