I exercised for 1006 minutes. I exceeded by March goal of 750 minutes. ( The 31st is not over yet and it is a rainy day. )

Late start, so my goal is to just start working out again!!! Will be quiet the challenge this week since I have stops to make after work today and tomorrow.

*update: well have not started to work out, but did find my pedometer so will try to walk more and will come up with a plan for working out next week. Either in the morning or the afternoon.

To keep walking...I am the worst exerciser- the original couch potato! I have set my goals low- a 20 minute walk everyday and I have done this since January. Whoopy. Even this small addtion to my routine has made a big difference in my well-being. Thank goodness my DH is around to get me off my butt every night.

My goal is to keep exercising. March is going to be hell.
I would also like to get back to where I was before the holidays. Minus five pounds. I might do it, but probably not. At least halfway there, though, if I can.
And, I would like to iron out my knee, hip, and shoulder issues so I can start running again in April.

My goal is to lose 4 lbs (1 lb a week) which will take me to about where I was when I got married 6 years ago. To take an exercise class twice a week. To walk during lunch when it is not raining or icy 5 days a week.

My March personal challenge is to continue to increase my running time. I've been slowly progressing from walking to running since January 1! This is the longest I've ever stuck with it!

Also a mini goal is to make it through my March doctor appt. without adding any new medications!!!

My goals for March are:

1) Be consistant with eating breakfast daily.
2) Get in at least 30 minutes of exercise 6 days a week.
3) Focus more on how I feel than the number on the scale.

Thanks for this post....I decided this morning that my goal is 60 minutes of exercise EVERYDAY in March.

I brought my old running shoes to work today so I can do at least 30 minutes of walking during my work shift. Fortunately my office is in a large shopping mall so it is convenient to pop down that stairs and go for it. Wore my pedometer today as well and will be heading out this morning to log the step counts.
