We only have four days left of 2011.... four days to make a difference. We CAN make a difference by getting back on track BEFORE January!!!!
What are TWO things you will do to get back on track before January 1st! Don't list them all. Just tell us two things.
1. I will drink at least 6 glasses of water each day (that will be a huge challenge for me).
2. I will exercise each day.
