Along with the others, Welcome Back Mrs. Avery. I'm glad to see that you are a fighter.

My last 4 days of 2011 goals will be--

1. Get some form of exercise every day.
2. Eat different kinds of fruit. I seem to be stuck on apples & bananas. I need to "expand"
my fruit eating. emoticon

I haven't tracked anything except my steps since mid-November. It's time to get back on track with tracking!

So...the last 4 days of 2011 goals:

1. Drink at least 6 cups of anything. (Hey, at least I am drinking. And I am not talking alcohol.)
2. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables.

We only have four days left of 2011.... four days to make a difference. We CAN make a difference by getting back on track BEFORE January!!!!

What are TWO things you will do to get back on track before January 1st! Don't list them all. Just tell us two things.

For me:
1. I will drink at least 6 glasses of water each day (that will be a huge challenge for me).
2. I will exercise each day.

How about you? What are TWO things that you will do in the next four days to show that you're getting back on track?
