Plain organic greek yougurt or chopped celery, radish, fresh green beans mixed with a little olive oil and lemon or balsamic vinigar. I keep it made up ahead of time so it is usually in the frig when a snack attack arrives.

Fat free refried beans with fat free cheese. It helps me get the protein I seem to lack quite frequently and keeps me full.

I have several but I'd say my favorite evening snack is yogurt - it gives me added calcium and I believe it helps me sleep good.

I recently stayed in a hotel that had an evening reception. They had free drinks, chips and salsa, popcorn, and veggies with dip. I was trying to be healthy, so I stuck with the veggies, no dressing. I've never seen raw zucchini before eaten as a snack, but let me tell you, I fell in love with it. I now have raw zucchini for a snack in the middle of my work day.
