I recently stayed in a hotel that had an evening reception. They had free drinks, chips and salsa, popcorn, and veggies with dip. I was trying to be healthy, so I stuck with the veggies, no dressing. I've never seen raw zucchini before eaten as a snack, but let me tell you, I fell in love with it. I now have raw zucchini for a snack in the middle of my work day.
