For this one day challenge, Let's drink water all day, and eat our food. No other drinks, no coffee, no tea, no juices, no shakes, no soda, nothing liquid but water.
I know some of you depend on your caffeine to get your day started. I challenge you to eat an apple instead of a caffeinated beverage. I know it sounds silly, but I promise you, the apple will wake you up more than the coffee will. I've been doing that for two weeks now, and it really works!
This is a HARD challenge. And if you take it on, and post here how you felt through out the day, I will give you a nice goodie for taking this on. I especially want to hear from the ones that gave up coffee and had an apple instead.
