Beginning TODAY and for ONE WEEK I will NOT.......
1) GIVE UP, even if I have to start over every day.
2) Use negative language about myself or about my body or about what I am capable of doing!
There are a thousand other things I can put on this list that probably should be on this list. But too many and I will already be looking at breaking my number one......and breaking that will come as a result of number 2.......so on and so forth in a vicious cycle.........besides, numbers 3- whatever can't come until I love myself enough to DO 3-whatever......
