Well, good luck to the contenders, but even if I spent the entire rest of my month doing fitness, I don't think I'd have a shot at the top ten! I'm currently in something like 200th place LOL.

I'd love to do a "calories burned" challenge at some point - sort of like fitness minutes, but weighted to favour those of us who like to go hard then go home. I was really excited to meet my goal of 3500 calories burned during my cardio sessions last week!

How many fitness minutes to you get in a week? In a month?

Every Sunday when you get the Slowest Loser Team Digest, there the top five are listed. This week I started awarding team goodies for the top ten on the team in fitness minutes.

1. Gold medal goodie
2. Silver medal goodie
3. Bronze medal goodie
4. 4-10 random goodie

FYI -- fitness minutes are calculated by how many minutes you have logged for the current month, not by the week.
