Skipping is a new challenge for me after 50+ yrs. of not doing it.I bought a skipping rope the other day and am proud of being able to do it about 2-3 mins. at a time. Don't live anywhere near a gym so I either have to do exercises off paper or just walk and do simple stuff. Being 64 I just am happy to spend a lot more time above the ground.

I'm going to try the adductor/abductor machine at the gym. The one where you pull your legs together or apart. It looks scary to me for some reason, but I think I can add it in to my strength training on Friday.
