Yesterday was a travel day for me...flew from Denver to Omaha. Before flying I read a Health News article but I do not remember the name. I did some walking in the airport but not enough.

Today I'll do some serious exercising and finish off this challenge well. I'll check back in later today or tomorrow morning to "sign off".

Today is the last day of this challenge.

I certainly can do all 4 challenges for 4 days culminating in my birthday. So drink 6-8 glasses of water, read an article(I love and read a lot of the Spark articles, very informative), exercise several times and what was that last one.

So many people are going back to school or sending their children back to school about now. Here's a Back to School Challenge for the Slowest Loser's Team!
