So many people are going back to school or sending their children back to school about now. Here's a Back to School Challenge for the Slowest Loser's Team!
Chose one or more of these mini challenges for this four day challenge. Let us know what you chose as your challenges. Check in daily or at the end of the challenge to let us know how you did.
1. READ at least One SparkPeople ARTICLE or Health News ARTICLE each day and let us know which one you read. It's so easy to socialize on the site, or try for getting SparkPoints through Quizzes, trivia, etc. Let's make sure we READ an article each day.
2. Use "Back to School" Type Emoticons to decorate up your page comments or give "Back to School" type SparkGoodies with encouragement to at least Five members of the Slowest Loser's team this week!
3. Go back to the BASICS: Drink at least 6-8 glasses of Water each day!
4. As Students do SPORTS in School. EXERCISE at least TWICE during this four day challenge.
Have a good "BACK TO SCHOOL" Week!
