That's always a hard from for me. Is the best use of time to "get things done" or to "slow down and smell the roses"? I'm not always sure which it is, and sometimes I get mixed up. Thanks for posting.

It's so hard to do the right choice in the " now " because i always think there will be enough time " later ".

This quote really hits home today. I got some bad news at the doctor's office, and I can only say that words in this quote "what shall we do with it" have hit deep within me.

Do I really need that extra bite of cake? Is that cheese on my salad going to make me happier?
Do I want to continue to feel sorry for myself and feel guilty about my weight every second of the day?

I can fix all of my weight issues by just just taking charge of the NOW and "do" right by my choices.
