Always track my food. Lets me know where I'm short on different nutrients so I can make adjustments. Usually track most of the day in the am so I have a plan for the day. Of course, the plan will change occasionally and I make adjustments that evening. Planning ahead works well for me and I try to do it as often as possible.

Its rare if I don't track my daily meals. If I don't I loose track of what I have put in my mouth and go overboard in the evening. To make it alittle easier for myself I track the full day at lunch time. Since I cook dinner most of the time I know what we are having so I can log everything at lunch and that way I don't go over, but I might have to limit myself alittle at dinner time. seems to work well for me :)

I did it.. today only. I knew yesterday would be tough since we went out for "Wing night". They are killers in calorie counting.
THANKS for the challenge!

Well, I tracked yesterday and today but had to catch up today because the AT&T guy who came yesterday to fix our phone line that went out in a storm early in the week nor only didn't fix it but managed to mess up the internet, which had been working fine. Did pretty well both days, but was a little too far under my minimum calories today. Of course, I make up for it by being a little high in the protein and fat, but that's what I'm aiming for. Hope everyone did well! Lots of emails and such to catch up on...

Well, I did this challenge two days instead of one. I ate within calorie range both days which was good for me. Today I ate healthier than yesterday but I still need to watch the carbs as I had plenty of them.

Tracking so far is, well, on track. Doing it today because tomorrow a pizza awaits at a new place that does all kinds of organic stuff. I doubt they have nutritional analysis, though. I hope they have thin crust...I'll try to track it anyway.

It is almost 10:30pm here and I tracked my food. I stayed in my calorie range with 1 (ONE) calorie to spare!
Thanks for everyone who joined me in this challenge.
I ate within calorie range but some of my choices of food were not the healthiest. Therefore, tomorrow I am going to REPEAT this ODC- One Day Challenge by doing it again, but with healthier foods. I'll let you know how I do.

Okay, I am in for this challenge and I mean it when I say it is a challenge. It is the hardest thing to do though I know it is probably the most important for weight loss.

I'm in too. I'm doing better every day at tracking. I've been following my plans but I usually don't get the snack in, so today I'm planning on doing the snack at 4:00. Tweak, tweak. It's working though - down 2 pounds for the first time in a long time!!

I do it every day so I'm in. I do try to pre-plan most of my meals so if I'm planning for it, then eating every last morsel.

I'm in. I've been pretty religious about doing it so far, but I could probably tighten up the measuring and maybe even (gasp!) weigh some things.

I already track every day, and I try to track every morsel that goes into my mouth. I believe it's the little things that add up. What I'm not good at is measuring. Maybe I will use that as my challenge this week - to measure food when I am home and able to do it. I can call a cup and a half of something only 3/4 cups - not because I want to cheap. It's just that I am not used to sizes yet.

I am the opposite I love to track and be able to see how I did at the end of the day.that's why when I started this program and couldn't get my add food button to appear I would get so frustrated and was ready to quit. But I'm getting better and learning something new every day

ODC- One Day Challenge
I really do not like to track my food so today I'm going to track and even try to stay in my calorie range. I know that many track every bite that they eat but others have problems doing so.
Is anyone else "in" with me for this challenge? Track either Thursday or Friday for this one day challenge. Then, report back to this thread. Let us know how you did. Did you stay track everything? Did you stay in calorie range?
