Never miss and as a matter of fact on June 29 we are starting a two week vacation that I will log on paper or my recorder my food intake for the two weeks and will log it in when I get back home. Did the same thing last year, didn't go too badly.

Got all the tracking done, drank my water, although today I'm behind, Didn't give the goodies as planned, can't do that from my phone and my world got really frantic.. Tried a fresh mango.. Not worth the effort!!! ;) Made a horrid mess cleaning it and chopping it.. So generally successful..

Thursday I gave a goodie but I didn't track, I didn't drink much water. Today, the last day of the challenge I will track, drink water and give a goodie!

Thanks everyone for your participation on this challenge this week. Most of you know now that I have quit being a Team leader on this team. I love the team and I LOVE being team leader of it but I need to get my own "health" back and sitting at the computer for hours and hours is not the way to do it.

I won't be thinking up challenges now... (although I might do one from time to time). Please feel free to start challenges here on this forum.

I'll check later today to let you know how I did today on THIS challenge!

1. In process. The day's not over yet!
2. Anise - it's much like fennel, but isn't fennel, so it's new to me! I roasted the bulb part in the toaster oven with baby carrots and olive oil and premixed herbs. And put some of the wispy leaves in my tossed salad. Yummy!

I'm up for it! My grandson asked for a tropical fruit salad something for this week, they loved the caramel apple salad last week (finished that off tonight!) Discovered spaettzle tonight, interesting, but way too high calorie for very often..

1 is easy enough, though it isn't always pretty.

I'll consider 2, if I can find something appealing and affordable in the local grocery store.

I should be able to manage 3.

Forget 4. I think I've achieved that 4 times in the 10 months I've been on SP.

Thanks for starting this, Carolyn - its just what I need! As a matter of fact I had a heart to heart with myself just this morning on this very topic!! Like you, I do great with my exercise, but just lately my food choices have not been where they should be!! Count me in for 1,3, and 4 as well.

I will do 2,3,4. I may track on 1, also but I am sometimes not consistent with that.

My new recipe is bok choy and pineapple salad. I really liked this. I never have had bok choy raw but mixed with the pineapple, Olive oil, and sea salt with cracked pepper it was yummy! My husband even liked this one.

Doing good on the water for today.

Now for the spark goodie.....

I'm doing ok on Exercise but my food eating hasn't been healthy. Here's a Food Challenge for myself and anyone else who wants to join me. Chose one or more of these mini challenges to work on during the next four days, Tuesday through Friday.
