I think that I have to bow out of this one. I found that several times this week I have been having supper later than usual. And it was after 8. So, I will end this challenge.

I have just tweaked the team goals a bit. I deleted the team goal of giving SparkGoodies and added the following goal:

Avoid Snacking after 8pm 1 evening 5 times per week.

To join this goal, go to the team page, scroll down towards the bottom of the page. There is a list of five goals. Join this goal and any others that might help you in changing for a better lifestyle.
