I think that I have to bow out of this one. I found that several times this week I have been having supper later than usual. And it was after 8. So, I will end this challenge.

Many times I am just sitting down to eat dinner at 8 pm or later so this goal doesn't work for me.

Original SW on 1/1/11 - 204.4 lbs.
Original GW on 9/1/11 - 134.5 lbs
Original GOAL ACHIEVED! 70 lbs. banished!

Time zone: EST +6 hours

I have just tweaked the team goals a bit. I deleted the team goal of giving SparkGoodies and added the following goal:

Avoid Snacking after 8pm 1 evening 5 times per week.
