This is going to be a challenge. We stay up so late every night because of DH's work schedule that 8 PM is a long time to go without eating. That leaves me way hungry by bedtime. I don't know if I can stick with this. Will see. Trying again tonight.

I'm in! I'm not usually foraging in the fridge after 8, but do love my couple squares of dark chocolate and glass of red wine. I'm sure I'll survive without it for a week.

Hi! This is my 2nd day, but I am in! As I've commented before, I do really well during the day, but once I get home from work, and also on the weekends, snacking just kills me. This is a wonderful challenge and I am starting it tonight! Thanks for the motivation!!! emoticon

Ok, I will give it a try too. Will do an extra day as Tues. is sorority and there is always food there, will keep it to fruit tho if that can be a compromise.

Since I work 3-11 pm, I'll have to modify it to no snacking after midnight. This will be a very good challenge for me, since I saw the dentist today, and she recommended I use a prescription toothpaste before bed and leave some on during the night. No rinsing or snacking after the toothpaste!

I would love to do this one but sometimes I don't finish at the gym until after 9pm and I need to follow up with a yogurt or something in order to refuel my body.

I usually don't eat anything after 8 but sometimes I lose track of the time and find myself eating mindlessly. So, I will pay attention to my nighttime eating habits for the next 5 days.
