Hi ! Thank you for that motivational speech because it's so true. This Mother;s day was barbecue get together and I shot my diet, but that mean is to get back in the groove, because I have kicked myself so much since it ended.

My challenge this weekend is to take it easy on the impact exercise to see if the rest helps my thigh heal. It's been hurting for almost 2 weeks now & I don't know why. So no running or walking this weekend.
This is a challenge b/c I've become somewhat obsessive about making sure I get not only my minimum goal runs/walks in but typically a lot more.
Everyone has different challenges and goals for the weekends. My goal this weekend, yes my challenge, is to rearrange several cupboards. I moved some furniture around yesterday and now need to figure out where I am going to put the stuff that was in those cupboards.
What is your challenge or goal for this weekend. It may be an exercise goal, staying on track food-wise, cleaning out your garage, washing your car, playing with your kids, writing a SparkBlog, Catching up on Slowest Loser threads, etc. What is YOUR Weekend challenge or goal?
