I failed miserably at this challenge... pretty pathetic, don't think that I formerly exercised once but I did stick to my meal plan which includes lots of water and for that I am very pleased... and so was the scale :)

Keeping a realistic goals, this coming week I plan to use the treadmill for 20 minutes at the very least 3 days this work week!

Friday fail-- goodies done, water done, , no exercise but shopping with granddaughter,barely in range (took granddaughter to seafood buffet), tracked late
emoticon 4 of 5 days, but not perfect Paid with allergic reaction to the dang buffet!

Thursday: did all but stay in range...I got too hungry and did a DUH! Ended up at Church's Chicken for dinner. emoticon

This has been fun and I'll do it again to form new habits! Woohoo! Now to abstain from fast food the rest of the month!

Sounds good to me except I have to try and maintain because of the health study I am doing
but I can continue to exercise.

I'm in the challenge, with everything but the exercise as I'm post-op and having to rest - had a huge fibroid removed in open surgery on 5th April and unable to do anything except rest, oh and eat lol!!

I will be at my Mom's Tuesday and part of Wednesday but am game for this challenge! What a nifty idea!
I need to write it down....since I don't have PC at her place and will check in when I return on Wednesday. I need to stay alert when at her place, and prepare ahead...I joke about her not knowing the difference between a carbohydrate and a carburettor...haha...she doesn't do much in the way of veggies.....so I need to take some and use 'em!

This week we'll have a five day Progressive Challenge! Each day we will add another challenge but we will keep doing the first challenge(s):
