For myself I didn't do well in this challenge. Only tacked the first day. Traveled yesterday. Today just can't get veggies in. I ate Chinese take out for lunch with a few veggies with the noodles and then had a chicken fahita for supper that had onion, lettuce, etc in it but probably not more than one veggie serving.

Today the internet didn't work for the whole afternoon. I was gone in the morning and out to eat for supper. No time to give out goodies.

That saying................. the challenge ends today.

Tomorrow I'll be around to find out how well you all did. Many did MUCH better than I did. I will give a goodie to everyone who has 90 points or more. Get your points written down today so I can give out rewards tomorrow. I fly out of the country on Friday so want to give Goodies Thursday to all of you who deserve them. Not me....!

This challenge was a great idea --- I just happened to see it the day it started which was the start of our spring break -- so --- I didn't do as well as I could/should/would have if I'd planned a little more in advance. That's Right. A Food challenge. I do NOT like using a food tracker and I know I eat too much food. Portion control is hard for me but I do not like to track food so this will be a real challenge for me! Besides, the last two days I will be on a trip so it will be even more of a challenge.

From this Saturday through Wednesday (5 days) we will be having a FOOD Challenge. Here is how it will work.

Points awarded for the following:

5 points for Tracking all your food for the day.
5 points for staying in your calorie range for the day.
1 point for each Veggie serving eaten, up to 5 points a day.
1 point for giving a FOOD Goodie to someone on the team, up to 5 points a day.

TOTAL POSSIBLE PER DAY: 20 points.
TOTAL POSSIBLE for the 5 Day Challenge: 100 points.

I will give a SparkGoodie Award for those who get at least 90 points on this five day challenge.

I'm "in". Are there others who will join me?
