I did pretty well with this challenge. My goals were to: 1) Unwind each night rather than working right up until the time I go to bed 2) Get 7 hours of sleep - Did this 3/5 days, which better than I usually do. I got at least 6 hours of sleep each night

Will be doing at least two days of shopping instead of one since my mom is out of town (she keeps my youngest two days a week). Always spend time clipping coupons since I have to be real tight with my budget. Not much else as far as restful since as mentioned before my mom is out of town and I will not get my two days of me time.
There won't be much REST time for me after today. I work the next 3 nights so I'll work in some relaxation this afternoon. I think I'll do a little reading and maybe catch up on some shows I have recorded.

This is my vacation week! Worked on getting my storage stuff put upstairs today, and will some tomorrow, but Wednesday I will be going to my sister's house about a 4 hour drive one way. I will not have to do anything the whole time. Drive back on Saturday and church day (rest) on Sunday.

I love this challenge. I was just wondering last week how I was going to get more sleep and still keep up with sp. This week I will alternate days of sparking, read, play with my kid, sleep more and SMILE. Thanks.

I'll be working on getting the best time I can on the "virtual 5k" (I walked/ran 4.5 miles yesterday in about 1 hr/20 min!!! (of course I'm sore today..lol)

No rest for me this week - just drove 7 hours to do a 3-day training for 21 people on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and then back to home on Friday - but I certainly plan to rest over the weekend

I'm "resting" by getting back into my regular habits after a week of 'staycationing" in San Diego. That means more regular exercise, less eating out, more Sparking, more reading, more of my regular life. So I'm ready for this challenge.

The next few days we are going to REST from an organized challenge.
Suggestions:
Read a good book. Catch up on other Sparking. Take a walk. Get to bed early. Call a friend. Play with your kids. Watch a good TV program. Go shopping. Put together a jigsaw puzzle. Cut coupons. Clean a cluttered room. SMILE!
