Sunday ends the weekend challenge, thanks Turtles for joining in the this challenge.
I did great until today. DH and I were invited to lunch by our friends. They took us to a Mexican Buffet. They had a Mariachi Band and several ladies making fresh corn tortillas. All the food looked so tempting. I walked around first, before I made my choices. I found a cactus salad, passed on the fish it was fried. I chose the salad and chicken in red sauce and soup. I stayed away from the re-fried beans, rice and had fresh fruit for dessert. Considering all the tempting foods, I did well.
Sunday Breakfast: Cereal, non fat milk and blueberries and cup of black coffee Lunch; Mexican Buffet Dinner: Don't know yet but it will be very light I am thinking a veggie plate. DH said he is passing on dinner. He was not as selective and really enjoyed his meal.

I'm in - maybe for both! So far: breakfast was a pkt chocolate oatmeal w/vanilla Greek yogurt (.5 serving of the yogurt). Ate 3 T cashews mid morn. Lunch was 280 cal sandwich from 7-11 with fresh fruit and two squares of a Dove bar.
Weekend is always peanut butter toast. I use Sara Lee 45 cals and delightdul whole wheat bread.
