ODC- One Day Challenge.

Today's ODC is to do as many Jumping Jacks as you got Points on the Log in Wheel today. I got ten points so I will do 10 Jumping Jacks.

If you are unable to do Jumping Jacks...then do another exercise, times the number on your wheel.
