1. Eat at least one green food each day: Lettuce, cabbage, spinach, peas, green beans, green peppers, Green apples, any fruits or veggies that are GREEN. Let us know each day what you ate that was GREEN.
3/15 celery, grapes, peppers, green veggie dip (it was green food day at work and I DIDN'T eat the cupcakes, cookies and rice krispie treats!)
3/16 green apple, grapes
3/17 cabbage, green apple
3/18 spinach salad with brocoli, green apple salad

3. Track all your FOOD at least 3 out of the 4 days! Done 3/15, 3/16, 3/17, 3/18

4. EXERCISE at least 20 minutes and track it on SparkPeople at least 3 out of 4 days! Done3/15, 3/16, 3/17, 3/18

5. Take a WALK outside (or even look out of your window) and enjoy the GREENS of the FIRST signs of Spring. Let us know on this thread at least three items in Nature that you saw that were GREEN.
3/15 daffodils up and blooming with green leaves and beautiful pink camellias with dark green leaves
3/17 walked while my daughter rode her bike- lots of forsythia out!
3/18 walked. It was a beautiful day!

This challenge didn't happen well for me this week. I did eat green foods and gave Shamrocks. I started tracking food one day but then got to where I didn't track. I exercised a day or two but not every day. Today I'm just tooooo tired to move!!

How is everyone else doing with this challenge?

Oh boy, I'm good on 3, 4 and 5 already! I suppose you wouldn't count sauerkraut as green, even though it started out as cabbage... emoticon

On our walks this week, we've finally found some new grass, some rapidly growing buds on the bushes, and a lot of crocus peeking out of the ground! Last weekend, all you could see were tall green leaves, but now, every day there are more flowers!

I didn't get the green food eaten today. It just didn't work in...!
Outside.... Green leaves, Green grass. I looked for green bananas but all I saw were lots of banana plants with there huge leaves.

Will pass on this challenge even though it would be easy. My first husband was an Irish alcoholic and I am a bit soured by the whole business. Don't want to be reminded about all the lies, broken promises, verbal abuse, and how my love was squandered for so long. emoticon
