Made whole wheat pancakes for breakfast,the pancakes were really good. I topped them with a little peanut butter and 1/2 sliced banana.

Update: I have decided on my reward and bought it today. Charlie had a Dr's appt. and we ended up next to a sport shoe store. So of course we went snooping. I found a pair of Nike Airs perfect fit for 699 pesos. That equals about $60 and they were dreamy. In Canada that same pr. of shoes would cost $150 at least. So I got my just reward and I am thrilled. By the way the Dr. had an ultra sound in his office and he took an ultrasound of Charlie's elbow area where was a substantial swelling and went over veins and arteries. The veins had a white lining which he said was cholesterol lining his veins. Tonight the Refuge where I volunteer gave me some cake to take home and both Charlie and I just look at it like it is a monster with it's shortening icing and all. We decided to just throw it in the garbage and not even feed it to the dogs.

I increased my jogging speed on the treadmill from 4 to 4.5 I kept telling myself you can do it

I have read labels galore. I am trackig and have used a sp. recipe. I write in journal daily. Pretty good at thinking positive esp. because I have to counteract a negative thinking husband. I am a little bit stuck on the reward though. Don't speak the language here and I already bought 2 mP3 players which no longer work so that is done, don't want any new clothes yet. I'd really like to go to a spa and get the works but have to figure out how to do that. emoticon
