I will try #1. I don't think I did it for Friday, but no way to track. I might have. Probably not ;)
Saturday: one of my meals I couldn't track, but I think I was well within my calorie range, since I was hungry part of the day!
Sunday: Tracked as much as possible. blogged about why I couldn't.

I stayed within my calorie range today.

My five words are:
Finish - this journey successful, finish mindless eating, finish weight gain!
Endure - no matter how tired I get, push through the workouts to the end! no matter how the end looks far, stick to my goals!
Drive - energy is in my mind
Act - never lie on the bed, sofa, do something!
Enjoy - enjoy the journey.. make it fun not hard! Will make the journey easier!

I've been struggling all week to stay in range, so I need to keep working on this over the weekend. My five words:
