.
We had company Saturday so that threw me off track, but it gave me goals and I lost a little bit of weight.

I am proud to say that I met all 5 goals for the challenge.

I've met 4 of the 5 challenges I took part in. One day, Monday, I forgot about the challenge and ate after eight. The rest of the week I was mindful of the challenge and didn't eat after 8 PM. Thanks for the challenge!

I am on target for all 5 challenges. The only one I thought I would have trouble following was no eating/snacking after 8pm. Thank you for the challenge. I have not nibbled one cookie at night.

Got it done for today--- no food after 8 will be easier. I do have to eat a little later in the day though my stomach is not liking me at all it just rumbles terribly around 10.

I had a good day yesterday and met all the goals:

1. Drank 8 glasses of water

2. Tracked all my food

3. Did a 20 mins run and 45 mins of weights and stretching.

4. Didn't eat after 8pm - and I was hungry! Well, not really hungry - but snacky (is that a word?)

5. Gave a SparkGoodie to a Slowest Loser Team Member - and I got one too!

MRSJERRYBUSH... There is a wide view on what is "Water". Some say only plain water. Others add lemon. Others count drinks without caffeine, sugar or carbonation. Please count as water as you would normally do so.
