It is 7pm and I will not eat again tonight. That makes two out of three. I did not meet my goal of not eating after 8pm on Friday but I did meet it last night and will meet it tonight. For me, this challenge is over.

Day two - no purchases from the vending machine. I did buy a "stick" of Starbursts, but shared with my fellow associates, and still have some left - and the whole package was supposed to be 240 calories. And I didn't buy it from the vending machine - I bought it out on the floor instead. Not much different, i know, but so much more controllable!

Well, yesterday I did not meet my goal of avoiding food after 8pm. I was invited out for supper at someone's home and dessert (cookies) was not served until after 9pm. Then I came home and had chocolate milk before bed. I'll do better tonight and tomorrow night. I am not going to the Super Bowl party (starts at midnight here in Africa) so #1, I won't have to take a snack and #2, I won't be tempted to eat something after 8pm.

How is everyone else doing with their own challenge?
