I didn't make it in time. I had time to grab the trash and haul it to the curb before it got dark. I won't be home till after 7:00 tonight either.

I walked my kid to and from school while carrying a cello. That comes to a mile of lugging around a cello (which gets heavy fast).

I do all my walking outdoors, with my dogs. Two times a day for about a mile each time. Every day. When it is raining hard or snowing too deep for the small dogs, we cut it short or we take sheltered routes. Getting out is great for your mood.

I like to do water aerobics at our community pool. Gets me out of the house an old heart pumping. I'm an older Geezzer. I really like to exercise so push myself to get out when the weather is like it has been. There really is no excuse for me not to go. I do what is necessary. Then when I'm done I feel very pumped up. I go for hour 4 or 5 days a week. BOB

Sorry, no can do. 15 more inches last night. I did step out on the porch after we finally managed to open the door. Too much snow on the roof DH says.

I am going for a quick walk at lunch. Its not as cold here as other places but since we are not used to the lower temps it makes me want to stay inside and hibernate.

I'm going for a walk on my lunch break - but I almost always do that.

I'm just relaxing inside today, we have two more feet of snow here in Dedham, MA I'm sure my grandchildren will be building a huge snowman at their home or going skiing.

don't have any problem getting out into the weather twice a day no matter what it is like as I have horses to feed - get exercise hauling hay - I like it and it is refreshing and really wakes you up when it is way below zero

I will be going outside to shovel my car out of the snow. My complex clears sidewalks and the main travel portion of the parking lot but not each individual car.

I'v walked my 2 miles this week, despite the cold winds and melting snow & slush - did a mile today (Wednesday). Tomorrow I hope to do an hour in the pool, which has finally reopened. I'm also trying to make friends with the elliptical, when weather does keep me in, but have yet to complete 20 mins. on it in a single go. I hope to walk outside again Friday, earlier than today to avoid some of the runoff flowing through our streets.

We have had two days of alternating freezing rain and snow, so I will try to get out and shovel the deck tomorrow. That is if it hasn't frozen solid ovenight.

The weather is supposed to be lovely tomorrow, so IF I can get away from work early enough, I'll walk the dogs when I get home.

It's SO funny that you'd post this right now... I literally was JUST thinking about 2 hours ago that I really OUGHT to be walking outside -- EVEN with all our snow etc! I don't like the cold, so have been using DVD's inside but thought maybe I'd TRY to walk outside and see what I thought...(besides when I'm out with our dog)
SO tomorrow (MY Thursday -- it's still before midnight on Wednesday for me) -- I'll take ON that challenge and walk OUTSIDE!!

I've been trying to walk 2 miles every day outside regardless of how cold it is ... but today there was rain/sleet/snow so I hit the treadmill ... but tomorrow, Thursday, is supposed to be warmer (above freezing anyhow) with some sun so I'll be sure to get outside!

Our weather has been incredible here in Southern California... in fact I was feeling so guilty reading about how so many SparkFriends are hold up indoors on the East Coast because of the snow that Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I worked in the yards to honor how blessed we are to live here and I'm embarassed to say I got a little sunburned doing it not to mention I'm terribly sore, but the yards look beautiful
If our pool was heated I'd swim some tomorrow but that's NOT going to happen
